Cellar Aged bourbon undergoes an extended secondary maturation in a limestone cellar, developing a deep, rich, and more complex flavor. To achieve this, we age the Maker’s Mark bourbon in the cellar for an additional five to six years after the standard six-years maturing in our rickhouses.
